Emma Grady-Pawl, LCSW
Emma Grady-Pawl (she/her) is a therapist who is deeply committed to helping people build lives that feel meaningful, spacious, and authentic—especially when they’re navigating circumstances that make that feel out of reach. She holds a Masters of Social Work from Washington University’s Brown School and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). As a queer, disabled clinician, Emma offers a grounding, compassionate presence for clients seeking support with chronic illness or pain, identity exploration, and life transitions. Her work is rooted in acceptance, mindfulness, values-based action, and self-compassion.
Emma supports clients around chronic pain, LGBTQIA+ identity, anxiety, perfectionism, and aging. She is passionate about helping people heal from difficult experiences and trauma, honor their innate wisdom, and reconnect to their strengths. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and affirming—centered on meeting clients exactly where they are and walking with them toward what matters most.
