Catherine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 16 years of experience in the social work field. She holds a Bachelor and Master of Social Work from Saint Louis University. Catherine built a rich understanding of children, family, and parenting issues through her service in public child welfare with State of Missouri Children's Division.

To build on her knowledge of family systems and community, Catherine has worked with adults with developmental disabilities, individuals within the autism spectrum, persons with cerebral palsy, and anxiety/depression/mood disorders for the past 11 years. She is expert in applying a cognitive behavior approach, systems theory, mindfulness, and grounding techniques.
