Holly Turk Collier brings 14 years experience in social work and counseling, built on her MSW from The Brown School of Social Work, Washington University. Holly joined Bridges in 2015 and earned the role of Director of Counseling in 2018. She leads and coaches a team of licensed counselors, and supports a counseling strategy that meets the on-going and emerging needs of the St. Louis community. Her focus is on quality, current, and well-trained practices that address the wide variety of life issues.

Holly has a counseling skillset which allows her to guide a diverse counseling practice, as well as support her caseload. She has extensive experience working with adolescents, college-age, and adult women. Additionally, Holly has expertise in supporting adults with cognitive challenges, Autism, and ADHD. Her training consists of trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and MBCT. Her education and professional development also includes areas of domestic violence, sexual assault, bullying, and LGBTQ+ youth issues.  

Holly utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to help her clients work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life/relationship needs. When she is with a client, Holly sees and knows how to address their big picture issues. She is rooted in applying a whole-life approach that contributes to changes which are meaningful, sustainable, and life-giving.
